Cookie policy
Last updated 13 August 2026
We keep cookies to a minimum. The only ones we set by default are the ones the site cannot work without – you are asked before anything else is stored.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are set whenever you use the site and do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, because the service you asked for cannot be provided without them.
- Authentication (
sb-*-auth-token) – keeps you signed in and protects your account. Set by Supabase. Expires when your session ends or after 7 days. - Cookie preference (
ruu-cookie-consent) – remembers the choice you made in the banner, so we do not ask again. Expires after 12 months. - Payment security – set by Stripe on the payment step to detect fraud. See stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
Analytics cookies
Only set if you accept them. They tell us which pages people use and where the service is confusing, so we can improve it. They never contain your name, email or anything about your bookings. Decline and we simply do not collect it – the site works exactly the same.
What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No sharing of your browsing with advertising networks.
- No profiling based on the health services you look at.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings at any point.
See our privacy policy for how we handle personal data more generally.
