If you need help urgently

Ruu Choice is a booking service, not a clinical one. For urgent medical help contact NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency. If you are unwell before an appointment, ring the practice directly rather than waiting for us.

Where messages go

  • Bookings, refunds and cancellations: our support team, normally within one working day.
  • Complaints: logged, acknowledged within two working days, and answered within ten.
  • Data requests: answered within one month, as UK GDPR requires. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
  • Practices wanting to list: our provider team.
