What it costs
For your practice, the listing is free, the booking software is free and there’s no monthly fee. We only earn a commission when a patient books through Ruu and the appointment goes ahead. You pay nothing for enquiries that don’t book.

Change the price to see the 15% split. Charged only when the appointment goes ahead. For services that suit a fixed fee, we agree that fee with you instead.
Protecting your margins
Some services run on tight margins, and a percentage commission can take too much of them. We do not want that. Before you go live, we go through your services with you and agree what is fair for each one: 15% where that works, or a fixed fee per booking where that leaves you with more.
Whichever it is, it is written down before your listing goes live, and you only pay it when the appointment goes ahead.
